Overview
Full restitution of the fee minus €4 for administration costs when you cancel more than two months before the workshop.
Half price restitution minus €4 for administration costs when you cancel between two months and a month before the workshop.
There is no restitution if you cancel in the last month before the workshop.
If you want to sell your ticket, please contact us first, to check if there is somebody we can take off the waiting list. If there is nobody, you are allowed to find someone in your place if you organize payment yourself and let the organization know
Maybe add 2-3 days limit for transfer as well.
The organizers are not responsible for any personal damage or loss during the workshop or the parties.
The organizers cannot be held liable for any physical injuries incurred during any of the workshops and parties.
Photographers may be present at SwingDom. By purchasing your ticket and attending, you consent to photographs being taken which may then be used as part of the official photo compilation and may appear on (social) media.
